またひとつ、思い出の山が増えました。
自転車欲しい
お決まりの三股山荘
息子へのお土産をいただいた。
山スキー納め。YASUと。明朝1時に釧路を発ち、4時半に入山。大雪山の東岳、今回が初めての訪問。いつもの山なら入山前に下調べをして計画を立てるが、今回はあえてあまり情報を入れずルートも現地判断で入山してみることにする。
林道アルバイト1時間、予想以上に雪が少ない。ようやくスキーを履いて歩き出したら、フレッシュ・ビッグな足跡発見。春ですねぇ。YASU君、かなりビビっていた。自分は熊スプレー持ってきたので、そこまで緊張はせずに林道の奥へ進んでいく。融雪進み、ところどころ板を脱いで進む。崖マークは林道崩落しているので、渡渉を何度も繰り返して、ブーツの中はびちょびちょ。しかし天気が良いので悪い気分はしない。これも春の風物詩。ちょっとしたアドベンチャーである。最後の渡渉は厳しそうで崖を大きく高巻いてみたが、YASUが大苦戦してかなり消耗させてしまった。藪の中をスキーで歩くのは、高難度の専門技術なのだ。修行あるのみ。やっとのことで東岳の山麓まで4時間ほどを費やす。ここからの景色は、ちょっとしたオプタテ爆裂沢感である。雪質はやや腐りかけで滑りにくそうだが、登る分には楽ができるだろう。ということで、ダイレクトにこの沢を詰めることにする。沢の中腹に、狭くて急なギャップ部があり、ここが難所になる。自分はシールを効かせてZ字で弱点を突きながら突破していく。YASUには難しそうなので、ツボ足で登るように伝えた。ギャップ上からYASUを待とうと思ったが、ギャップを超えた先もまだ落ち着けるような斜度ではなく、結局雪渓の繋がる鞍部まで登り切ってしまった。ここからの景色は見渡す限りの山、素晴らしい絶景である。しばらく待つが、風も強くだんだん寒くなってきたので、時間切れで滑り降りることにした。久しぶりのセンター78細板に苦戦しながらも、均一な斜度の広い斜面で快適に滑っていける。この一瞬があれば、もう何もいらない。家帰ったら謙虚な気持ちで家族サービスしようと心に誓う。ギャップでYASUと合流し、下まで滑っていく。まんだむ。あとは惰性で下山。林道はもっと雪があれば楽かもしれないが、贅沢は言うまい。今シーズンの締めくくりとして大変満足な1日となった。山と仲間に感謝である。下山後はいつもの三股山荘でビーフライスで腹を満たし、幌加温泉で汗を流した。
今シーズンの山スキーは11回で終了。また来シーズン会いましょう、さようなら。
